The only exception considered is in the event of a technical issue with the file that prevents its download or correct use and that our support team cannot resolve after investigation. Dissatisfaction with the content or design (being faithful to the product description) is not grounds for a refund for digital products.
Physical Product Returns: In this case, the product sales process does not directly correspond to The Clap Club, which does not allow us to be responsible for the policies on exchanges or returns. We understand that AMAZON has its own policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds, so we encourage you to contact them directly for these cases.
